Rock Hill, South Carolina - Arthur (Art) Robert Ehrenberg, 63, joined his Lord in Heaven on April 7, 2023, at 4:07 am.
Art was born in Charlotte, NC on November 18, 1959, to Mary and Paul Sr. Ehrenberg. He spent most of his childhood years at his mother’s home, living behind Freedom Park. He graduated from Myers Park High School, Charlotte, NC., while attending numerous other educational programs across the country, from management to manufacturing.
Art held a strong work ethic and excelled at his time with Duncan Parnel, Charlotte, NC; Harper Corporation of America, Charlotte, NC/Green Bay, WI and Thailand, and Pamarco – with business conducted around the world. Both Harper and Pamarco manufactured and built anilox rolls, catering to the packaging and printing industries ( Flexography Industry) . As VP, Plant Manager, Art traveled the world assisting technical directors, and customers achieve the highest quality printing obtainable for local, national, and international customers – from toilet paper wrappers, potato chips bags, small-boxed items, to large instore display cases. Aside from Art’s professional life, he enjoyed spending time in nature and helping those less fortunate.
In his first marriage of twenty-four years to Georgia Harper, they gave birth to three beautiful children -Robert Anthony (Tony) Ehrenberg, Londyn Michele (Ray) Kleinfeldt, and Dylan Andrew Ehrenberg. Art was always present to his grandchildren - Myles Ehrenberg and Memphis Yettaw, Kyla (Nehemiah) Robinson, Joey Ehrenberg, Garret Totherow, Madison Ehrenberg, and Jeremiah, Matthew and Chloe Kleinfeldt. His great grandchildren are Nehemiah and Delanie. Art’s second marriage was to Sharon (Shari) Ehrenberg, of fourteen years. He assisted in raising Shari’s two sons, Jared and Brit Hunt, and two beautiful grandsons.
Art was proceeded in death by his parents, Mary and Paul Sr., and his brother, Paul Ehrenberg Jr.
Art is survived by his stepmother, Nona Ehrenberg, sister Diane (Chuck) Seubert, Florida, and brother, Timothy Ehrenberg, Charlotte, NC; his children, Tony, Londyn and Dylan; grandchildren, great-grandchildren – along with many nieces and nephews.
A very special thanks to Piedmont Medical Center (Palliative Nurse Mackenzie), Rock Hill, SC., for their amazing care of Art up until his last days.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, April 15th at 2:00 pm at Palmetto Funeral Home in Fort Mill, SC
