Katherine Lemaster Privette

Rock Hill, SC – Mrs. Katherine LeMaster Privette, 87, went to her heavenly home on Friday, December 16, 2022.

The family will receive friends 3:00 pm, Monday, December 26, 2022, at Whitesell Funeral Home.  A memorial service will follow at 4:00.

A native of Spartanburg, SC, Mrs. Privette was a daughter of the late Ralph Valentine LeMaster and Christine Evans LeMaster.  In her early years Mrs. Privette was a dirt track driver (car #21) and every race she entered she won.  She was a huge sports fans enjoying football and racing.  She attended every game she was able to make when her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren played sports.  She will be remembered for her total devotion to her family.

Surviving are her daughter, Karol Wilson (Johnny); a sister, Dot Roberts; three grandchildren, Chase Wilson, Kayci Wilson, and Chuck Grimm (Randi); and eight great-grandchildren, Gunnar Black, Halle Wilson, Jules Black, Gracie Wilson, Cade Wilson, Harper Wilson, Jase Williams and Haillie Grimm.  She was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Franklin Kennett and her second, husband, Johnnie Privette; and a son, Dennis “Dink” Charles Kennett.
