Adrian Shane Blackhorse Henderson

Kershaw, SC – Mr. Adrian Shane Blackhorse Henderson, 25, died Thursday, February 8, 2024.

The family will receive friends 6-8 pm Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at Whitesell Funeral Home.   The family will also receive friends at the home of the father, Nicholas Henderson and the mother, Mandy Howard.

A funeral service will be 2:00 pm Wednesday, February 14, 2024, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Catawba Ward with Bishop Matt Burris presiding.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.

A native of Rock Hill, SC Mr. Henderson was a son of Nicholas Shane Henderson (Karen) and Cynthia “Mandy” Amanda George Howard (Jamie).  He enjoyed fishing and going hunting.  He loved sports and was an avid Gamecock fan.  He was proud of his Native American Heritage and a member of the Catawba Nation.

Surviving in addition to his parents are a brother, Rome Henderson; three sisters, Alyssa Henderson, Rain Rogers, and Jadyn Earle; his maternal-grandmother, Cindy George; his paternal-grandparents, Jeff and Anita Hinson; three Uncles, Calvin George, Bryan George and Chad George; and two Aunts, Nikkie George and Amy Henderson.  He was preceded in death by his maternal-grandfather, Wayne George; and Aunt, Adrene Henderson.
