Albert "Bud" Leroy Rutliff of Fort Mill, SC went to meet the Lord on September 19, 2013 at 2:15 am at his home. Albert was born in Moulton, Iowa. Married: Judy Ann Stufflebeam. Has 2 children: Rodney Rutliff; Rock Hill, SC, Ronda Hudson and James Hudson. Grandchildren: Timothy Laney and Rachel Hudson. Albert moved from Iowa to work at Heritage USA. Retired from Moss Justice Center, York, SC. Preceded in death by his father, mother, 3 brothers and 5 sisters. A Memorial service will be held on September 21, 2013 at Faith Assembly of God, Rock Hill at 11:00AM with Rev. Richard Taylor and Rev. Brian Keith.
