Anita Pearl Locklear

Ms. Anita Locklear, 67, passed away Saturday December 9, 2023 with her beloved family by her side.

A native of Charlotte, NC, Anita was the daughter of the late Lauder Mitchel West and Doris Jean West.

Anita was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and homemaker and always taking special pride in watching her family grow and sharing her infamous recipes with loved ones.

She is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Larry Locklear and her daughter Diane Locklear and son Chris Locklear (Tracy) and grandchildren, Cameron Locklear, Noah Gilmer, Dominique and Donavan Roberts.

Also preceded by her brother, James Henry West and sister Pamela Jean Howson and survived by her sisters, Sylvia Gaye Patty and Donna Ruth West.

Funeral Services will begin at 1:00PM on Thursday, December 14, 2023 at Bass Cauthen Funeral Home.
