Ann J. Bowman

Ann Jeanette Bowman, 70, of 5438 Old York Road, passed away Tuesday, August 24, 2010 at Piedmont Medical Center, after a brief but courageous battle with cancer. A native of Elizabeth, New Jersey, Mrs. Bowman was born February 14, 1940 daughter of the late John and Anna Bindocas Stainonis. Mrs. Bowman was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Vernon Bowman; her sister Constance May Behany and her brother Thomas Stainonis.Surviving are her children Bruce Robert Bowman of Rock Hill, Cindy Bowman Noel and her husband Gary of Rock Hill, John William Bowman and his wife Kathy of Ft. Mill; a brother Robert John Stainonis of Fleming Island, FL; three grandchildren Brooke , Kaitlyn and Kenny Bowman. The family will greet friends beginning at 11:00am Saturday at Bass-Cauthen Funeral Home with a memorial service to celebrate Mrs. Bowman's life at 12:00pm in the funeral home chapel with Mr. David Bowman officiating.
