Anna Maria Brown

Rock Hill, SC -  Ms. Anna Maria Brown, 65, died Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at Piedmont Medical Center – Fort Mill.

The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 pm Saturday, May 18, 2024, at Whitesell Funeral Home.

A native of Rock Hill, SC Ms. Brown was a daughter of the late William John Henry Brown and Ruby Alberta Ayers Brown.  Ms. Brown was proud of her Native American Heritage and loved the art of native beadwork.  Her family was always important to her.  Everyone who knew her understood that she was a free spirit and her sisters referred to her as Gypsy Sister.  Her favorite drink was Mt. Dew.

Surviving are her three brothers, Keith Brown, Patrick Brown, and Larry Brown (Dianne); and four sisters, Nancy Brown, Myra B Brindle (Andrew), Vanessa Troublefield (Jeff) and Velma Whitesides (Jeff). She was preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Brown; and a sister, Maxine Sigmon.
