Arthur Henry Hollis, Jr

Mr. Arthur Henry Hollis Jr, 54, passed away Tuesday January 18, 2022.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Wednesday January 26, 2022 at 2:30pm at Bass-Cauthen Funeral Home, 700 Heckle Blvd. Rock Hill, SC 29730. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 1:00-2:15 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Laurelwood Cemetery following the service.

Mr. A.H. Hollis Jr. was a native of York County, SC and the son of Arthur Henry Hollis Sr. of Rock Hill, SC and the late Donna June Allen Hollis. Art as his friends called him worked in the Heating and Air business for over 20 years. He was a loving son, brother, father, and a friend to whomever he met. He loved spending time with his family and friends. Art enjoyed fishing, Bingo, and was always full of life.

Mr. A.H. Hollis Jr. is survived by his son, Ryan Christian Hollis, his ex-wife Cathy Hensley Hollis both of Asheville, NC, his sisters Rebecca H. Roderick (Ray) and Amy H. Martin (Dean) both of Rock Hill, SC. Nieces Megan L. Amerson (Brian) from Sumter, SC, Mallary M. Clark (Jared) from Spartanburg, SC and Emily Hensley of Asheville, NC and Nephews Michael B. Long (Krystal) from Smyrna, SC and Landon D Martin of Rock Hill, SC. Great Nephews Hollis E. Clark, Thaddeus H. Clark and Lawson A. Amerson and Great Nieces, Mia C. Long and Riley R. Long.

Also, mention his best friend Barbara Gentry and her children, Courtney Robertson, Erica Meklis and Dalton Funderburk.
