Barbara Jean Scott Neal

Rock Hill - Mrs. Barbara Jean Scott Neal, 73, died Friday, August 28, 2015, at her home.

The family will receive friends 5 p.m. Monday at Whitesell Funeral home and a memorial services will follow at 6 p.m. at the funeral home.

A native of Rock Hill, Mrs. Neal was a daughter of the late Douglas Scott and Earlene McDowell Scott. She retired from Piedmont Medical Center and after retirement she worked part-time as a waitress for County Omelet, in Richburg, SC. She will be remembered as a loving mother.

Surviving are three sons, Bryan Keith Neal and his wife, Veronica, Mark Todd Neal and his wife, Stacey, and Scott Preston Neal and his wife, Sarah; two brothers, Donald Thompkins Scott and his wife, Claudette, and James Monroe Scott and his wife, Sharon; two sisters, Mary Scott Leopard and her husband, Steve, and Kathy Scott Sowell and her partner, Ron Privette; and 8 grandchildren. She is also survived by her beloved pet, Toto.
