Other loves were animal rescue, and stitching art works by needlepoint and cross stitch. She was noted for gourmet cooking, also. She is survived by her many friends and acquaintances especially Mary Collier and Jack Weaver. In lieu of flowers, her friends suggest a donation to her interests, such as The Humane Society of York County, or The York County Animal Shelter, The American Cancer Society, or The American Heart Association.
