Beatrice L. Hayes

Beatrice L. Trent Hayes, 68, of 1104 Williams Street, passed away Monday, January 12, 2009 at Agape Rehab of Rock Hill after several years of failing health. A native of Spray, NC, she was born May 30, 1940 a daughter of the late Hampton Trent and the late Pauline Rebecca Murphy Trent Dudley. Mrs. Hayes was retired from Celanese and of the Baptist Faith. She was preceded in death by her husband Bobby C. Hayes. Surviving are her children Theresa L. Arnold of the home, Connie Fry and husband Mark of Lexington, KY, Tony White of Rock Hill, Danny White of Ft. Mill; a sister Bonnie T. Ingle and husband Howard of Gibsonville, NC, a brother Ronnie Trent and wife Maggie of Eden, NC, a half-sister Iris Brooks and husband Mike of Rock Hill, stepchildren Ginger Drake and husband Butch, Mike Hayes and wife Anita, Robert Hayes and Wife Pattie and Timothy Hayes and wife Pam, and Linda Springs; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. A graveside service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Hayes will be held Thursday, at 1:00pm at Grandview Memorial Park on Cherry Road with Chaplain Miriam Mick officiating.
