Bennie J Nash

Bennie J. Nash, 84, went to be with the Lord, on Wednesday, October 29, 2014. He was born in Atlanta, Georgia on December 19, 1929 to Floyd and Ida Camp Nash. He served in the US Air Force and the active Georgia Air National Guard for a total of 32 years. He retired in 1989 with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 61 years, Ann S. Nash. He is survived by his three children; Cynthia Alexander (Gray), Jerri N. Millwood, and Greg T. Nash; his brother, Charles D. Nash (Augusta); 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. A private celebration of life service will be held November 22 at Grace Presbyterian Church. Memorial contributions may be made to York County Humane Society.
