Betty Phifer Boatwright

Betty Phifer Boatwright , 87, of Rock Hill, passed away Saturday, May 4, 2019 at Piedmont Medical Center. She was born April 21, 1932 in Marshville, NC, daughter of the late Wilson and Lillie Phifer.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William David Boatwright; six brothers; and one sister.

She is survived by her sons, Roger Boatwright (Ann) of Rock Hill and Randy Boatwright of Rock Hill; grandchildren, Zachary, William, and Hannah Boatwright; one sister, Shirley Vendrick and husband, Robert of Charleston; and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be held in Charleston, SC at a later date.
