Betty Owen Rappe

Betty Owen Rappe passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Tuesday, January 30, 2018.

Born in Charlotte, NC, she is the daughter of the late Erwin Owen and Hattie E. Humphrey Owen. She is preceded in death by her son Timothy Rappe and daughter Sherry Rappe. She is survived by her children; Linda Dawson (Kevin); Deanie Rappe; Steve Rappe (Rhonda); Donna Putman; Tracy Rappe; Tammy Johnson (Eric) and Melanie Williams and many Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.

Visitation will be on Monday, February 5, 2018 from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM at Palmetto Funeral Home Chapel with the Funeral Service immediately following at 1:00 PM. Burial will immediately follow the service at Philadelphia United Methodist Church Cemetery.
