Billy Stokes Collins

Billy Stokes Collins, 61, a native of Fort Mill, SC, passed away on September 9, 2016, at his home. He was born to the parents Herman O'Dell and Louise Robinson Collins. He was an employee at Captain Steve's in Fort Mill as a Kitchen Operations Manager/ Chef for the last 20 years.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda Mae Moss Collins of 43 years, son Travis Collins and a grandson, Gage Collins of the home. Billy also leaves a brother Timmy Collins and wife Nancy of Hudson, Florida and his beloved dog Happy.

A funeral service will be 4:00 PM, Monday, September 12, 2016 at Palmetto Funeral Home, 2049 Carolina Place Drive, Fort Mill, SC 29708. The burial will take place privately.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Seventh Day Adventist, 255 Neely Store Road, Rock Hill, SC 29730, or the American Heart Association, www.heart.org.
