Bryant Floyd

Rock Hill – Mr. Bryant Douglas Floyd, 45, died unexpectedly at his home in Rock Hill, SC on Sunday, December 22, 2019.

The family will receive friends at 10:00 am Saturday December 28, 2019, at Whitesell Funeral Home, 975 Riverview Road, Rock Hill, SC 29730. A Memorial service will follow at 11:00 am in the Chapel with the Rev. James H Baker officiating. Burial will be private.

Born November 27, 1974 in Lancaster, SC Bryant was a son of Pamela Baker Squires and her husband, Chuck and the late Wayne Douglas Floyd, Jr., and his wife, Sharon. Bryant lived in Great Falls, SC until the age of 15 and then he moved to Waxhaw, NC. He attended and graduated from Parkwood High School. He was an avid reader and a person who loved to draw/sketch. His latest adventures were sky diving and exploring new areas.

Surviving in addition to his mother, stepfather, and stepmother; he is survived by his daughter, Kiersten Knight-Floyd; a brother, Jason Wayne Floyd, Sr. (Melissa); a nephew, Jason Wayne Floyd, Jr.; and a niece, BreAnna Floyd. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Wonzel and Rosalie Baker, Bennie and Helen Williams, and Wayne Douglas Floyd, Sr.

Memorials donations my be made to St. Judes Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105.
