Carissa Autumn Kollman, 23 years of age, died suddenly on July 8, 2011 at CMC in Charlotte. She is the youngest and beloved daughter of Christopher and Pamela Kollman of Fort Mill, SC. The family will receive visitors on Friday July 15th, 2011 from 6:30pm -8:30pm at Palmetto Funeral Home, 2049 Carolina Place Drive, Fort Mill, SC (across from Baxter Village on Rt. 160). Carissa is survived by her three sisters; Cara Kollman of Fort Mill, Monique Kollman of Charlotte, Leah Hess and brother-in-law Mark Hess of Fort Mill, brother Christopher Kollman of Fort Mill, grandmother Donna Proctor of Ravenna OH, and close friend and companion Ivan Chacon of Ballantyne NC.
Carissa was a skilled Aveda certified esthetician and worked at the Ballantyne Resort Spa and the Benefit Brow Bar Spa in SouthPark Mall. She was a deeply spiritual person who adored life, her family and an abundance of friends. She loved music, piano, song writing, dance, Latin culture, cooking, writing, poetry, and laughter. All whose lives she touched with her grace, will never forget her.
