Carlas Duffey Mullinax, Sr.

ROCK HILL - Carlas D. Mullinax, 48, of 113 Bianca Ct., died Friday, November 22, 2013, at Piedmont Medical Center.

Funeral services will be 7:00 PM Tuesday, at Whitesell Funeral Home, with Revs. Tim Walden and Paul Willey officiating. The family will receive friends an hour before the service at the funeral home.

Born in Rock Hill, Carlas was the son of the late Albert and Wilma Weaver Mullinax. He was an automotive mechanic and an electrical apprentice. He was a member of the Church of God and attended Providence Baptist Church. Carlas had a kind heart and loved his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Lynda Kay Wright Mullinax,; one son, Carlas D. Mullinax Jr (Taylor) ; two daughters, Kristen Ashley Mullinax and Kaylyn Amanda Mullinax; three brothers, Howard Mullinax (Shirley), Albin Mullinax, and Johnny Weaver (Lila); and three grandchildren.
