Carolyn Worthy Burgess

Carolyn Worthy Burgess, 82, of Rock Hill, South Carolina, passed away on February 12 surrounded by loved ones. Born on December 16, 1940, Carolyn was the daughter of Thomas J. Olney and Olivia Walker Olney. She graduated from cosmetology school and was a hairdresser for over 40 years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Ronald Olney, husband Tom Worthy (father of her daughter, Tiffany), and husband Roger Burgess.

She is survived by her daughter, Tiffany, her cherished grandchildren Connor and Brooke, 1 niece, and 2 nephews.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, February 19th from 1pm-3pm at Bass Cauthen Funeral Home in Rock Hill.

The family will have a private funeral to honor Carolyn at a later date.
