Carolyn (Nã©E Canty) Colón

Mrs. Carolyn Colón (née Canty) died unexpectedly on November 27th in Rock Hill, South Carolina at the age of 37.

Carolyn is survived by her children Leilah (13) and Elijah (9), her husband Jared, all of Rock Hill, her father Timothy Dean Canty of Rock Hill and mother Freda Gray of Kelso, Washington, brothers Jarom and Timothy Joseph and sister Suzanne all of Rock Hill and many uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews, nieces and friends who all loved her dearly.

Carolyn was born on October 12th, 1980 in Rock Hill, SC. She was above all a passionate and loving mother. She was a beautiful Christian woman whose smile could light up the room. Her charisma made everyone around her feel special. A professional model, event coordinator, personal trainer, restaurant waitress and bartender, and friend, she touched many lives in many ways and will be missed.

A viewing is scheduled for Friday, December 1st from 6pm to 8pm at Illumine Center, 1262 Riverchase Blvd, Rock Hill, SC 29730. The funeral will also be at Illumine on Saturday, December 2nd at 11am with a reception to follow. Pastor Kent Reeder will officiate the ceremony. All are welcome to attend and remember God’s grace in Carolyn’s life.
