Carroll Quincey Ellis

Heath Springs, SC - Carroll Quincey Ellis, 81, was born on August 11, 1942.  He recently resided at Heath Springs Residential Care until his passing on Sunday, December 3, 2023.

Born in Brookford, NC, his family soon moved to Fort Mill, SC, where he attended school and church.  He loved music, movies and long walks.  He was an avid collector of movie discs and musicals.

Left to cherish his memory are his brother, Edom Ellis (Lugoff SC); his sister, Virginia Broome (Bluffton, SC); and numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.

Preceding him in death are his parents, Quincey Ellis and Hattie Williams Ellis; brothers, JL Ellis (Forest City, NC), and Melvin Ellis (Kingston, TN); sisters, Kardelia Ramarez and Cloye Rome  (both of Austin,TX).

Graveside services will be held Friday, December 8, 2023, at 1:00 pm, Unity Cemetery in Fort Mill, SC.
