Catherine Ann Costner

Catherine Ann Costner, 70, passed away Friday, March 29, 2024. Born in Danville, Virginia, June 7, 1953, she was the daughter to Mary Francis Roberts Bennett and the late Jerry Homer Bennett.

She will be remembered for her love of hummingbirds and the "oldies but goodies" music genre. She enjoyed long drives with the radio as loud as it would go and bright, sunny days swinging on her front porch swing.

In addition to her mother, Catherine is survived by her three daughters: Julia Jones, Christy Locklair and Lisa Montgomery; four grandchildren; three siblings: Tina Lindsay, Jerry M Bennett “Mike” and Teresa Haggins; and beloved nephews and friends.
