Christine M. Catoe

My precious mother, Christine M. Catoe, 94, went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at her home. The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 P.M. Friday, August 31 at Palmetto Funeral Home and the Celebration of Life will follow at 2:00 P.M. She was a member of the Remnant Church of God in Fort Mill. Chris loved her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and she loved her daughter, Vickie. At a very early age she began working for Springs Mills in Fort Mill and retired from there as a weaver at the Fort Mill Plant. Surviving are her daughter, Vickie and her husband Rodney; her niece Phyllis Wolfe; and her nephew Jacky Jackson. She was preceded in death by her brother, Buddy Catoe; and her four sisters, Gladys Jackson, Mildred Owens, Lois Hodges, and Ruby Catoe. The family wishes to thank everyone at Hospice of South Carolina for the exceptional care Mom received.
