Clarence "Jr" Alexander Mcwatters

Fort Mill - Mr. Clarence "JR" Alexander McWatters, Jr., 61, of 403 Sidney Johnson Street, died Saturday, June 25, 2016, at his home.

Memorial services will be 6 p.m. Tuesday at Trinity Baptist Church with Pastor Ricky Cope officiating. The family will receive friends following the service and other times at the home of Alex and Michelle Blackwelder, 433 Laurel Hill, Indian Land, 29707.

Born in Rock Hill, SC Mr. McWatters was a son of the late Clarence Alexander McWatters, Sr. and Geneva Tucker McWatters. He was a past employee of CJ Patton, Toyota of Charlotte, Nissan of Rock Hill and Country Harley Davidson. He was member of The Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge #1240, Fort Mill, SC. He was an avid train collector. He was also a musician who was a member of Knox Station.

Surviving are two sisters, Judy Blackwelder and Debi McWatters; Nephew, Alex Blackwelder; niece, Michelle Blackwelder; great-nephew, Dalton Blackwelder; great-niece, Ashlyn Blackwelder; and best friends, Tommy Cunnup, Jeff Trull and Billy Windell. He was preceded in death by brother-in-law, Jimmy Blackwelder; two nephews, Marty Blackwelder and Randy Blackwelder.
