Constance Mae Hayes

Constance M Hayes, 84, formerly of Greene NY passed away at White Oak Nursing home in Rock Hill SC on August 22, 2023. She was born December 20, 1938 in Binghamton NY to the late John and Genevieve Hayes. She is also, predeceased by her sister Dorla Williams, son, Robert Hoag Jr., son-in-law, James Burnett, grandson, Brian Libous. She is survived by her sister, Gloria French, Greene, NY, daughter, Tanya (Kim) Fazio of Tega Cay, SC, son, Randy (Nina) Hoag of Fort Mill, SC, daughter, Vickie (Mike) Crowley of Guilford, VT,  daughter, Melissa Burnett Destepen (Brian) of Greene NY, 10 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Connie was a lifelong resident of Greene, NY until she moved to Fort Mill SC in 2018. She was passionate about supporting her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren in athletics. She was employed by Our Lady of Lourdes hospice program for over 30 years.

A memorial service will be held 10:00 am Saturday August 26 at Core Church 2316 Acme Rd. Belmont NC 28012. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to www.HospiceFoundation.org
