Dang Van Nguyen

Dang Van Nguyen, 55, of Rock Hill, SC, passed away Sunday, February 8, 2009 at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte. A native of Vietnam, Mr. Nguyen was born May 15, 1953 a son of the late Dac Van Nguyen and the late Hoa Thi Hoang. He was employed by Asko as a machinist and was a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church. Surviving are his wife Huong Thi Nguyen; five children Trinh Nguyen of Charlotte, Hong Nguyen of Denver, CO, Hang Nguyen of Charlotte, Thien and Diem Nguyen both of Rock Hill, one brother Thang Nguyen of Vancouver, WA; two grandchildren; two sisters in Vietnam, one sister-in-law in Houston, TX, and numerous nieces and nephews The family will have a wake and visitation Tuesday evening beginning at 5:00pm., and prayers Wednesday evening beginning at 5:00pm in the chapel of Bass-Cauthen Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial to celebrate the life of Mr. Nguyen will be held Thursday at 10:00am at St. Anne's Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Rock Hill Memorial Gardens.
