Danny "Pye" Fowler

On August 22, 2017, Danny "Pye" Fowler, 57, ended his suffering on this earth and went to be with those who left before him. In his professional life, he was a successful contractor, builder, and real estate guru. He knew how to be successful, not only in his career, but with his family. He always put others before him, and would do anything within his power to be there for those he loved and considered family, blood or not. His actions in life laid out a perfectly defined path, with clear footsteps to follow, on how one's life should be lived.

He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Lisa J. Fowler of York, SC, his two sons, Matthew D. Fowler of Charlotte, NC, Jeremy W. Fowler of Rock Hill, SC, and his 2 grandchildren, Kaylee and Stevie Fowler. He is also survived by his mother, Marge Connolly Fowler of WV, his two sisters, Debbie Ball (John Ball) of WV, and Vicki Fowler of CO, his two brothers, Edward Fowler JR (Cathy Fowler) of TX, and Anthony Fowler (Keena Fowler) of WV, and his two half-sisters, Janet Connolly of FL, and Regina Ice (Jim Ice) of MO, as well as many nephews, nieces, cousins, and other family members.

He is preceded in death by his father, Edward Fowler SR of WV.

A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for monetary donations to be made, in his name, to the American Lung Association.
