Danny Kaye Robertson, Sr

Rock Hill, SC – Mr. Danny Kaye Robertson, Sr., 74, died Friday, April 14, 2023, at Piedmont Medical Center.

A memorial service will be 1:00 pm Saturday, April 29, 2023, at Whitesell Funeral Home with the Rev. James Chappell officiating.  The family will receive friends following the service.

A native of Fort Mill, SC Mr. Robertson was a son of the late Jessie Lee Robertson and Nannie Elizabeth Williams Robertson.  He will be remembered as a loving father, grandfather and friend, because family was always an important part of his life.  His grandchildren called him Pops.  He loved to work with model cars and airplanes and has a room full of them.  His faith was important to him and he was a faithful Christian man.

Surviving are his two children, Joy Lynn Rowell and Danny Kaye Robertson, Jr. and his wife, Angie; a sister, Faye Nicholson; and five grandchildren, Preston Dansby, Jacob Crowder, Tyler Robertson, Dalton Robertson, and Jordan Robertson.  He was preceded in death by his brother, Lee Robertson.
