David Jackson Gump

David Jackson Gump, age 72, passed away peacefully on, Friday, September 23, 2016, at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

Mr. Gump was a United States Air Force Vietnam Veteran. He was a registered nurse, spending nearly forty years helping others. He was also an ordained minister.

He was predeceased by his mother, Betty Gump, and two sisters, Deborah Montgomery and Rebecca Carpenter.

Mr. Gump is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Nancy (‘Kittie") Gump, his father, Clarence ("Jack") Gump, his sisters, Amy Fitkin and husband Glenn, and his three children: Raechel Gump (Leesburg, FL), Eric Gump (Altamonte Springs, FL) and Megan Gump (Nampa, Idaho).

A memorial service will be held for Mr. Gump at Quest Church (formally St. Paul's Presbyterian Church), Ocoee/Gotha, Florida, on Saturday, October 22, 2016, at 11:00 Am.
