David Arthur Jay

Rock Hill, SC – David Arthur Jay, age 70, passed away on Thursday, July 26, 2018.

Born in Everett, WA, he was the son of the late Eugene A. Jay and Mary Lou Hoffius Jay. Mr. Jay was a US Army Veteran who survived the Vietnam War. He was an avid outdoorsman and fisherman. He was a skilled Lithographer in the Publishing Industry.

Mr. Jay is survived by his Partner of nine years, Carolyn K. Ballard; his children Ali Jay and Marcum Jay and one sister; Gail Barrett and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister; Janice M. Jay and a nephew; Michael W. Ballou.
