David John Shook

Rock Hill - Mr. David John Shook, passed away peacefully on June 17, 2016, to be with his Lord.

Memorial services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 9, 2016, at Friendship United Methodist Church, 1200 Neely Store Road, Rock Hill, SC 29730.

A native of Lorian, Ohio, Mr. Shook was a son of the late Henry Donald Shook and Illa Elizabeth Andrews Shook. David was a pastor, mentor, and friend to many and will be remembered for the loving devotion he showed to everyone he knew and the stories of his life that he often shared.

Surviving are his wife, Sandy Rose Shook; a son, David Andrews Shook and his wife, Denice Koterba Shook; a daughter, Bonna Shook and three grandchildren, Cameron Shook and his wife, Justine, MacKenzie Shook and Henry Shook.
