Deanna Williams McDaniel, 77, a lifelong resident of Rock Hill, died Tuesday, January 6, 2015. She was a member of Adnah United Methodist Church and was co-owner, with her husband, of the Fishhook Seafood House. She is preceded in death by her parents, James Sidney Williams and Alma Ayers Williams and her brother, James Sidney Wlliams Jr. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Lewis R. McDaniel; a sister, Margaret Williams Sapp; three nieces Pamela Sapp Williams and husband, Robert, Patsy Williams Weathers and husband, Stan and Kelly Williams Melton. A special thank you to her cousin Joann Jennings Miller for her loving care during this illness. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, January 9, 2015, at Adnah United Methodist Church with the Rev. David McManus and the Rev. Jerry Devinney officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until service time at the church on Friday. Memorial donations may be made to the Adnah UMC, One Adnah Drive, Rock Hill SC 29732 or to the Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House. Online condolences may be registered at www.basscares.com.
