Diane Elizabeth Shepherd Denson

Rock Hill - Mrs. Diane Elizabeth Shepherd Denson, 74, of 4711 Saluda Road, died Tuesday, April 3, 2012, at her home.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 6, 2012, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saint, Rock Hill Ward. The family will receive friends one hour before the funeral at the church. Burial will be in Dorchester Memory Gardens, Summerville, SC.

Mrs. Denson was born in Mt. Vernon, WA, but grew up in the San Diego and Escondido, CA areas. She was a daughter of the late Dave Shepherd and Edith Cressey Shepherd. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and a full time homemaker. Her life was devoted to her family.

Mrs. Denson was preceded in death by her late husband, Frank Denson; and a sister, Shirley Lawson. Mrs. Denson is survived by her children: Debbie Caraway (Harry), Suzy Puckett (Marc), George Russell III, Brett Russell (Carmonie), Kathy Griggs (Keith), Rebecca Page (David); 25 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
