Dianne Turner Flynn

Mrs. Dianne Turner Flynn 71 of York, SC was called home by The Lord on June 6, 2014. Born in York County, Mrs. Flynn was the daughter of the late Charlie and Sadie Shugart Turner. She was retired from Celanese Corp. and was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Flynn loved her children, grandchildren and her three dogs. She was preceded in death by her husband Roy Flynn, brothers; Gene Turner and Wylie Gordon and sisters; Connie Turner and Helen Garrison. Services for Mrs. Flynn will be private with Rev. Dean Reynolds officiating. She is survived by two daughters; Teresa Anderson and husband Richard, and Hope Icard and husband David all of York, SC, six grandchildren; David Silvers, Camille Silvers, David Icard, Jr., Amber Icard, Elizabeth Anderson and Melissa Anderson and seven great grandchildren; Sadie Silvers, Molly Silvers, Paul Silvers, Evan Harris, Noah Harris, Hailey Anderson and Jacob Reed and one brother; Bobby Funderburk of Florida. The family would like to give special thanks to Interim Hospice, Jan, Lindsey and Donna for their special care for Mom.
