Dicy Vinson Black

Rock Hill – Mrs. Dicy Vinson Black, 60, died Monday, September 6, 2021, at Piedmont Medical Center.

A graveside service will be 4:00 pm Friday, September 10, 2021, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Catawba Ward.

A native of Rock Hill, Mrs. Black was a daughter of the late Cletus Harris and Lougene Sanders Wells.  She will be remembered as a devoted NaNa to her grandchildren.  She was a loving and kind lady to all and would help anyone that she was able to help.  She was willing to accept people for who they were.  She was a loving mother and grandmother who was always there for her family and worked to keep them together.

Surviving are her three sons, Jerry Black (Ashley Burns), Dustin Black and Christopher Black; two brothers, Elic Vinson and Jason Harris; 6 grandchildren, Trinity Burns, Breann Burns, Bella Burns, Jaiden Talley, Lucas Black, and KaLani Black.
