Donnis Pearson Fincher

Donnis Pearson Fincher, wife of Larry E. Fincher for 39 years, passed Friday, November 27, 2015 at home after a long illness. The funeral will be at Bass-Cauthen Funeral Chapel on Monday, November 30th at 11 am. Visitation will be held at 10 am before the service. Interment will be at Rock Hill Memorial Gardens after the service. Donnis is survived by her daughter, Janice Ramsey (Mitch), grandchildren Ariel Conner (Joe), Jessica Ramsey and Frankie Ramsey, great grand-child, Olivia Conner, and a brother Donald (Buddy) Pearson, Jr., sisters Patsy McCrory, Joyce Hunter of Chester, SC, and Donna Hunter Ratterree of Rock Hill, SC. Donnis was a homemaker, loved to sew, and garden. She is a beloved mother, sister, wife and grandmother, and a great grandmother. She is a member of Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church in Chester and also a member of the Apostolic of Jesus Christ in Mooresville, NC. Mrs. Fincher was a former employee of Klear Knit. Mrs. Fincher is the daughter of the late Donald and Porah G. Pearson. Mrs. Fincher was preceded in death by her sisters Teresa Wishert, Sara Pearson and brother Johnny Hunter. A funeral service will be held Monday, November 30, 2015 at 11:00am in the Bass-Cauthen Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow in Rock Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 10:00am until service time at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to St Judes.
