Catawba - Dorothy "Dottie" McGarity, 50, of 2970 S. Anderson Road, passed away July 10th, 2010 at home peacefully with family.

Memorial services will be at Fishing Creek Presbyterian Church, Monday July 12, 2010 at 4 pm with Rev. Donald Scoggins officiating.

Burial will be private.

A native of Rock Hill, Ms. McGarity was the daughter of the late Shaw McGarity and Margaret Cameron McGarity. She was employed with Kwik Klean on Albright Rd. for 20 years and a member of Fishing Creek Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by a daughter, Rossie and son-in-law Tommy Jordan; two sisters, Peggy McGarity and Jean Shytle; two brothers, Billy and John McGarity; two grandchildren, Cameron and Carlie; plus many other loved ones.
