Dorothy Evelyn Richter, age 88, passed away Thursday, January 21st, 2016.

A memorial service will be held Friday, January 29th, 2016 at 4 PM at Crossroads Lutheran Church 8511 Shelley Mullis Road, Indian Land, SC 29707.
