Dorothy Ruth Wickman

Dorothy R. Wickman, 84, passed away peacefully in the presence of her family on Friday, August 4, 2023.  Dorothy was a faithful servant of God. She was also a loving and generous sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. Dorothy retired from INA Bearing Corporation where she worked for many years.  She loved to read and volunteer at church and the Palmetto Women’s Center.

She is survived by six beautiful children, Kevin (Sue Anne) Wickman, Michael (Lori) Wickman, Brian (Kim) Wickman, Connie (Dennis) Peters, Marcia Wickman, and Anne (Donald) Graham.  She is also survived by eleven beautiful grandchildren, Chad, Calahan, Casey, Hannah, Kailyn, Mallory, Molly, Garrett, Brandt, Brody, and Madeline; and seven beautiful great-grandchildren.  Nothing brought Dorothy more joy than to be surrounded by her family and grand dogs, who loved her dearly.

She is predeceased by her parents, Edward and Margaret Fraker; two sisters, Lois Biersteker and Carole Vannes, and grandson Austin Parks.
