Douglas Scott Hefner

Rock Hill, SC – Douglas Scott Hefner, age 48, passed away on Friday, September 10, 2021 at Piedmont Medical Center.

A native of Rock Hill, Mr. Hefner was the son of the late Douglas Hall Hefner and Brenda Carol Blackmon.  He retired from State Line RV Service.  He loved his family and enjoyed being with them.  He always enjoyed the holidays and was also very generous and would give you the shirt off his back.  He also loved riding motorcycles.

He is survived by his life time partner, Brandy Harris; four sons, Tyler Hefner, Shawn Hefner, Josh Hefner (Stephanie) and Frankie Wilson; four daughters, Beth McCollum (Bryan), Katherine Driggs, Chelsey Hefner and Charity Hefner; four brothers, David Jackson (Jon), Chris Jackson, Darrell Hefner and Dusty Barr (Elisha); four sisters, Tiffany Brigman (Mike), Hope Bell (Shane), Tina Williams (Scott) and Carrie Gaddis (Will), four grandchildren and his second mom, Louise Hefner.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Whitesell Funeral Home, 975 Riverview Road, Rock Hill, SC 29730.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.  Burial will be in Forest Hills Cemetery, 4290 Old York Road, Rock Hill, SC 29732.
