Eileen died peacefully in her home on May 17, 2011. Born August 21, 1925 in Boston MA. She was preceded in death by her parents John F. and Mary (McCluskey) Rasweiler, her husband Henry W. Heusner and sister Loraine Batalizky. She is survived by her sons, William H. Heusner (Donna), Stephen J. Heusner (fianc Kathleen); four granddaughters, Christine Heusner, of Rochester NY, Tracey McQueary (Jon) of Washington, D.C., Charlene Doering (Brian) of Madison, WI, and Lisa Heusner of Charlotte NC; two brothers: Donald Rasweiler (Margaret) of Elkins NH and John Rasweiler (Millie) of Watchung NJ.
A loving mother and grandmother, Eileen enjoyed dining out, watching the Packers, Mets and Arnold Palmer. Her greatest joy in life was her grandchildren who she adored.
The family would like to thank her caregivers and ask that in lieu of flowers, memorials be sent to Serenity Palliative and Hospice Care, 223 S. Herlong Ave., Rock Hill, SC 29732.
