Ms. Elaine Peeler Jenkins, 60, of 718 Briarcliff Road passed away Tuesday August 24, 2010 at her home. A native of Salisbury, NC Ms. Jenkins was born March 8, 1950 daughter of the late Floyd Ray and Virginia Blanche Valley Peeler. Surviving are her children Robert Craig Jenkins of Rock Hill, Charlotte Jenkins Walker and her husband Michael of Indian Trail, NC; sibilings Ray Peeler (Lillian) of Catawba, SC, Eddy Peeler ( Rincy) of York, SC, Nancy Anderson of Rock Hill, SC, Delores McSwain ( Todd) of Rock Hill, SC, Jerry Peeler of Florida, Marylee Cauthen (Bill) of Rock Hill, SC, Shelia Wren (Jack) of Rock Hill, SC; and two grandchildren Christian and Carson Walker. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Ms. Jenkins will be held Sunday at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Bass-Cauthen Funeral Home with Pastor Ronnie Helms officiating. The family will receive friends from one o'clock until the hour of service on Sunday, and also following the service at the home of Ray and Lillian Peeler at 3450 Harmony Road in Catawba, SC.
