Elizabeth "Bette" Charlotte Watkins

Mrs. Elizabeth "Bette" Watkins, age 86 passed away on Sunday, August 28, 2016 at Harbor Chase Assisted Living in Rock Hill, SC. Bette was born in Elmhurst, New York, daughter of James and Elizabeth Webb. She was married to the late Russell F. Watkins, Sr. She was a retired teacher assistant at Woodward Parkway Elementary school where she retired in 2011.

She was an amazing mother and friend to her children Nancy Esposito and the late Frank Esposito, Russell Jr. and Lorraine Watkins and Jill and Thomas Magnani. She was a beloved grandmother to her grandchildren Thomas Magnani Jr., Laura Watkins, James Magnani and Russell Watkins, III.

Bette touched so many lives with her positive attitude and kindness towards others and she will be forever missed.

A Funeral Mass to celebrate Bette's life will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at 9:30am at Saint Kilian Catholic Church at 485 Conklin Street in Farmingdale, New York. A burial service will follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park in Farmingdale, NY.
