Elizabeth Frye Woodward

York - Mrs. Elizabeth Frye Woodward, 58, of 309 Sutton Springs Road, formerly of Pineville, died Wednesday, September 29, 2010, at Piedmont Medical Center.

Memorial services will be 2 p.m., Sunday, October 3, 2010, at Open Bible Baptist Church, Clover, SC, with Rev. David Robinson officiating. The family will receive friends after the service.

Born February 5, 1952, Mrs. Woodward was a daughter of the late William "Buster" Alfred Frye, Sr. and Bessie Lee Davis Frye. She was a member of Riverside Baptist Church but had recently been attending Open Bible Baptist Church. She loved her family and her grandchildren. She was the peace keeper of the family.

She is survived by her husband, Larry Woodward of Rock Hill, a son, Layton Totherow and his wife, Lisa of York; one brother, Douglas Frye of Chester; 9 grandchildren, Jesse Harvell, Serina Harvell, Nathan Totherow, Hunter Harvell, Timothy Harvell, Carlton Totherow, Eli Totherow, Miranda Sturgill and the ninth grandchild is expected on May 16, 2011; and many nieces and nephews.
