Elsie M. Francisco

Elsie Miller Francisco, 91, of 106 Cedar Hollow, Fort Mill, SC 9715, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on February 23, 2018. Elsie was born in Bronxville, NY on December 14, 1926 to the late Margaret (Daisy) Noble Miller and the late Carl Allen Miller. She was a funny, personable child growing up in Woodridge, NJ where she was a member of the Woodridge High School JD's and met her husband to be, the late Rev. William Robert Francisco, Sr. After marrying, the couple moved to Berkeley Heights, NJ and raised a daughter and son. Her life was full of adventure and she was not afraid to try new things. Elsie was raised in a Bible believing Christian home and loved The Lord with all her heart. Elsie and her family move to Fort Mill, SC about 35 years ago and was a faithful member of the Fort Mill Church of God.

Elsie is survived by her daughter, Lee Carolyn Francisco, her son William Robert Francisco, Jr. (Joanna), her 4 grandchildren, Natasha Lee Jilek (Brian), Michelle Heather McKenzie (Bradley), Timothy Robert Francisco (Heather), and Lacie Margaret Jhoanna Francisco (Troy - fiancé), 2 nieces Kathy Conklin Hayes, and Cindy Conklin Weimann (Jim), and 8 Great Grandchildren.

Services will be held at the Palmetto Funeral Home, 2049 Carolina Place Drive, Fort Mill, SC 29708 on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at 11:00 AM
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. A private graveside service for the family will follow the funeral.
