Esther Lee Smith Pelton

At the age of 69, Esther Lee Pelton, of Fort Mill, SC completed her journey Thursday, December 13, 2018.

She was born in Canastata, NY October 26, 1949. Daughter of late Richard Smith and late Barbara Youngs Degroat .

She is preceded in death by husbands Charles Edward Pelton and William Loren Pelton, her brothers Richard Smith, Albert Dean Smith, sister Dorthy Jean Smith, Billy Degroat.

She is survived by her daughter, Laura Pelton and fiance, Eddie Hearn, her son, Paul Pelton and wife Sabrina, her daughter Tammy Pendergrass and husband Marcus and 7 grand children, Karmyn, Charles, Nole, Jacob, Gabe, Graham, and Brayden; her brothers Donald Smith and wife Louise, Freddy Smith and wife Debbie, sister in law Carrie Smith, George Degroat, and David Degroat, Dorren Hadjikolev and husband Robert and Barbara Ducey and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was devoted member of Fort Mill Church of God. She was a Bus Driver of Fort Mill School District for over 30 years.
