ROCK HILL- Frances Mitchell Chandler, 78, of 474 Mimosa Road, died February 10, 2010, in Ballard, W.V..

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, at Whitesell Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff McWatters officiating.

Burial will be in the Lando Cemetery.

Born in Marion, N.C., she is the daughter of the late John and Effie Reynolds Mitchell. Mrs. Chandler was a homemaker and the widow of the late Thomas C. Chandler Sr..

She is survived by two sons, Thomas C. Chandler Jr. (Katrina) and Bobby Chandler; one daughter, Tracy Byers (Tom); seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 7-8 P.M. Monday at the funeral home.
