Frances Ellington Robinson

Frances Ellington Robinson age 74 of Middleburg, NC (Vance County) passed away peacefully on September 3, 2017 at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill, SC. She was being cared for by Spring Arbor Alzheimer's Memory Care in Rock Hill, SC near her son in Charlotte, NC.

Frances was born in Henderson, NC (Vance County) on January 29, 1943 to the late W. Henry Ellington and Eula Mae Ellington of Middleburg, NC. She lived in Henderson, NC (Vance County) most of her life and moved to the Charlotte, NC area in December 2011 for memory care. She was married to the late T. Bruce Robinson for 38 years. She is survived by her son Darryl Robinson and wife, Evie, and grandson Chad all of Charlotte, NC, and a brother Bill Ellington of NC. She retired from Universal Leaf Tobacco Company where she worked for 18 years as a Data Entry Clerk.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday September 16, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel at J.M. White Funeral Home in Henderson, NC by Rev. Bob Inskeep. The family will receive friends immediately following the memorial service at J.M. White Funeral Home.
