Frieda Gindele

Frieda Gindele, 92, passed away peacefully Saturday, April 24, 2010. She was a resident of Agape Senior Living in Rock Hill. A native of New Jersey, where she was born and raised by Anthony and Bene Gindele that included college at Rider University. She worked as an administrative assistant until her retirement with the New Jersey Bell Telephone Company before taking up residence in South Carolina in 1977. A Matron of the Eastern Star Masonic Order in New Jersey and world traveler were always her love in her lifetime. Her church membership in Rock Hill's Woodland Methodist and volunteer receptionist work at the Museum of York County kept her busy when not traveling or with friends. Surviving are a niece, Ann Kyber of Silver Springs, Maryland and a nephew, Alan Kyber of Rock Hill, and her grand and great grand nieces and nephews. Special relatives and friends are Marylyn Ziegler of Denton, Maryland, Ron Keebler of Columbia, South Carolina and Katherine Wagner of Novato, Canada.
