Gail Marie Windell

Gail Marie Windell of 2947 Timber Ridge Lane, Rock Hill, SC passed away February 21, 2014 at Patrick Hospice House. Gail was born Sept. 4, 1950 to James Conn and the late Dorothy E. Conn. She is survived by husband, Butch Windell, two daughters, Amy Windell and Erin Williams, two grandchildren, Kendell Templeton and Connor Williams, all from Rock Hill, SC., father and step-mother James and Judy Conn of Apollo Beach, FL, brother and his wife, Bobby and Cindy Conn of Lexington, SC; two sisters, Cathy Pitt of Rock Hill, SC and Vivian Murray and her husband, Gene Murray of Goffstown, N.H. Gail retired as a senior account after 34 years of service with Cato Corporation. She was a graduate of Winthrop College, Rock Hill, SC with a degree in Business Administration. A Memorial service will be held Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at 3:00pm in the Oakland Baptist Church. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Comprehensive Cancer Center, Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, , Medical Center Blvd, Winston Salem, NC 27157 or Hospice and Community Care, PO Box 993, Rock Hill, SC 29731.
